W grze (od razu)

Otwórz Ustawienia (zębatka w prawym górnym rogu).
Na dole wybierz Usuń konto i potwierdź Usuń na zawsze.

Konto i dane są usuwane natychmiast, a gra zaczyna się od nowa.

Bez dostępu do gry

Wyślij wiadomość na devepolers@gmail.com z tematem „Usunięcie konta — Shrinebound” i podaj ID gracza (Ustawienia → ID gracza), jeśli je znasz.
Usuniemy konto w ciągu 30 dni i potwierdzimy to w odpowiedzi.

Co usuwamy

Konto gry, nazwę gracza, postęp (karty, waluty, wyniki, zadania, osiągnięcia), historię meczów i wpisy w rankingach. Zapisy meczów potrzebne do rozliczania nagród wygasają same po 60 dniach.

Co zachowujemy

Zapisy transakcji zakupów przez okres wymagany przepisami podatkowymi i rachunkowymi. Usunięcia konta nie da się cofnąć, a zakupione przedmioty wirtualne przepadają.

Delete your Shrinebound account

In the game (instant)

Open Settings (the cog, top right).
At the bottom, choose Delete account and confirm with Delete for good.

Your account and data are deleted at once and the game starts over.

Without access to the game

E-mail devepolers@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion — Shrinebound” and your Player ID (Settings → Player ID) if you know it.
We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What we delete

Your game account, player name, progress (cards, currencies, results, quests, achievements), match history and ranking entries. Match records kept for reward bookkeeping expire on their own after 60 days.

What we keep

Purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Deletion cannot be undone and purchased virtual items are lost.
